Charles J. Burliss is a periodontist offering personalized dental care for Salem, NH gum disease patients. Dr. Burliss first began his dental careeer as a dental technician at the Champlain Dental Lab and, later, Vermont Dental Ceramics. His experience as a dental technician inspired Dr. Burliss to pursue his goals of being a periodontist.
Dr. Burliss attended the Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University and the Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine at Boston University. Dr. Burliss completed his post graduate resident teaching at Boston University Dental Health Center where he earned a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies and a Masters of Science in Oral Biology. He practiced in Boston for 8 years before relocating to Salem.
As part of his commitment to providing exceptional care to each of his patients, Dr. Burliss received LANAP training in 2012, joining one percent of dental professionals in providing the only FDA cleared laser procedure for gum disease treatment.
